Tinkercad Design link  - This looks like it was designed by a drunkard.  Click on the link to examine it more closely. I could not get the rectangles to snap to the grid, so everything is a bit off.  The hardest part was creating the hole in the center.  It goes above and below the table.  Not sure how this would 3D print.
